Professional Journey:
Graduated from Brockport with a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration. Upon graduation I began working at Strong Hospital as an administrative assistant. After about 7 months I left Strong Hospital and found a job with Graves Brothers. I started at the call center learning more about the company and the industry. Within 6 months I was promoted and began the training process to become an estimator.
Noteworthy Achievements:
In the sales matrix we were compared to the rest of our team in closing rates, the number of calls received, the number of calls dialed out, and the average of these numbers throughout our employment within the company. A noteworthy achievement of mine was maintaining #1 on our sales matrix for 5 out of the 6 months I was working in the contact center.
