We had an estimator, Cody, come to look at our roof leak recently. He was very thorough, polite, and professional. He spent a lot of time looking at the attic and roof to identify problem areas, and provided me photos of everything he found and explanations along with it. Cody sat and explained the estimate he was providing, and talked me through all of the required work. Unfortunately we did not end up going with Graves Bros for our roof, but I felt it necessary to leave them a positive review for the experience with Cody. No other roofing company was as detailed and professional as Graves Bros. They really showed that they know what they are talking about when it comes to roofing.
Zach Miles introduced himself and immediately had a strong rapport as a professional and shared expert details about the roofing situation.
For months, every time a classic Northeast tempest rolled through, our upstairs bathroom transformed into an immersive indoor water park feature that absolutely no one asked for. There is a specific kind of existential dread that comes with sitting on the throne in full rain gear while the ceiling exhaust pipe actively tries to drown you. We were days away from naming the leak and charging admission, but then Kevin Boehm arrived to ruin the rain's fun.
I was fully prepared for a chaotic contractor crew to rip open the ceiling, charge us the GDP of a small nation, and leave behind a structural crater. Instead, Kevin rolled in like a tactical strike team of one. He was so quick and non-invasive that I briefly suspected he might actually be a very helpful, licensed ghost.
Before touching a single tool, Kevin gave us a complete, jargon-free breakdown of the battle plan. He explained the mechanics of the leaking exhaust pipe like a seasoned detective walking through a crime scene—which was fitting, because that pipe was committing an absolute felony against our ceiling.
He knocked out the repair in record time and then walked us through a full post-game analysis of all the fixes. He showed us exactly what he had done and how his seal was going to keep the elements outside where they belong (unless the entire roof decides to fly away, which would be a different invoice).
If your home is currently attempting to turn its upper level into a maritime hazard, call Graves and request Kevin. Five stars. The pipe is bone dry, the ceiling is safe, and I can finally use the upstairs bathroom without wearing a life jacket.

Had vinyl siding installed on one of our rental properties. Entire experience was FANTASTIC. Site supervisor (Bobby) was great, very helpful etc... The installers did an awesome job. They worked quickly, cleaned up everyday...everything went very well and the house looks great. Thanks to all involved!
Had the pleasure of meeting Kevin B. today as he worked on our siding and gable vent. He was courteous, friendly and professional. I was very happy and satisfied with all of the work he did.
Kevin Boehm was the service tech. who repaired our church's roof damage. We are so pleased with the outstanding job he did. He was very thorough and went above and beyond both in the work that he did, and the way he kept us informed about what needed to be done.
After Graves brothers doing a terrible siding job where I had to have them back several times for siding falling off, they finally sent me Kevin Boehm a service technician. Kevin was fantastic and had to reside a couple different areas and also found holes that should have been plugged but never were by the original crew. I only wish Kevin could have sided my whole house from the beginning, because the first crew was horrible. Please ask for Kevin Boehm if you should choose to use this company, otherwise shop around. Kevin was fantastic and really knows his stuff. Thank you KEVIN..
From our consultation with Mike & Mike to regular texted updates on job day from Noah, this was as great a roofing experience as we could’ve asked for. Roofing — especially the smallish job we had — can be challenging to get done, but Graves was great getting us on the schedule in a reasonable time frame (we were trying to solve an issue that caused water damage inside our home) and offering us a fair and transparent price. Highly recommended for their great service, hard work and timeliness. Recommended for jobs of any scope as they are easy to deal with and thorough in execution. Shoutout to the team and crew for a job well done!
My husband and I are so happy with our roofing and siding project! Tony and his crew were AMAZING! Super respectful and professional. Tony kept us informed while the project was being worked on and showed us pictures of any rot found underneath the old roof/siding. This is a super old house that’s been in my family for generations and they showed it so much respect.
We did have some communication problems with the sales manager, Jerrid, before the project even started. Things weren’t explained properly and it caused confusion. I would ask questions and would wait forever for a response or I wouldn’t get one at all.
Not the end of the world but felt it should be mentioned.
