Professional Journey:
Maxwell began his career working in retail at Stewart's Shops, where he held the position of lead closer throughout his college years. After graduation, he joined Graves Brothers' Management Trainee program, starting in the call center. There, he worked with customers, coordinated with all departments, and handled back office tasks. He then progressed to the production side, taking on the role of Onsite Roofing Supervisor, where he managed installation crews and kept homeowners informed throughout the process. Eventually, Maxwell advanced to the position of Estimator.
Noteworthy Achievements:
Maxwell is a proud graduate of St. John Fisher University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Marketing. During his time working in the call center at Graves Brothers, he excelled significantly, ranking within the top three in the Call Center Matrix for all six months of his tenure in the department.
Areas of Expertise:
Although Maxwell initially lacked experience in construction, his role in production at Graves Brothers greatly enhanced his understanding of roofing. This hands-on experience in the field provided him with valuable insights and skills in the industry.
Hobbies and Interests:
Maxwell is a big Knicks fan who enjoys playing basketball on the weekends and maintains a daily morning workout routine. Sundays are his time to unwind, often watching football on Redzone, or he have a game night with friends and family.
