Kaelin previously served as a Project Manager for a restoration company, where he guided homeowners through insurance claims to ensure their homes were restored to their original quality with care, kindness, and precision. His leadership experience also extends to commercial construction, having managed new projects for Overhead Door in Phoenix as well as successfully selling Volkswagens in Las Vegas.
