Michael Taffner is a dedicated Project Estimator serving the Syracuse and Central New York area, bringing over two decades of experience in operations, logistics, and account management to every project. His professional background has equipped him with a strong foundation in customer service, problem-solving, and delivering reliable, results-driven solutions. Before entering the home improvement space, Michael spent more than 20 years with Enterprise Mobility, along with over six years working with a New York State medical transportation broker. These roles strengthened his ability to understand client needs, manage complex situations, and provide clear, effective solutions—skills he now applies to helping homeowners make confident decisions about their projects.

With a Project Management Certification, he brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to every estimate, carefully evaluating each project and presenting tailored options that fit each homeowner’s unique needs. Known for his honest guidance and clear communication, Michael takes pride in creating a smooth and trustworthy experience from the initial consultation through project completion.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, traveling, golfing, working on home improvement projects, and staying active.
