Professional Journey:
Lucas brings more than five years of experience in the residential home improvement industry, with a strong background in home performance, energy efficiency, and consultative sales. Prior to joining Graves Brothers, he worked as a Home Energy Consultant with Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning, where he performed in-home assessments, evaluated insulation and energy-efficiency needs, and helped homeowners navigate available utility and state incentive programs. His earlier experience in outside sales, door-to-door customer acquisition, and wireless retail management helped build the communication and customer-service skills he relies on today.
Areas of Expertise:
Over the course of his sales career, Lucas has generated approximately $4 million in residential home improvement sales and became one of the stronger insulation and home-performance producers within his previous organization. His experience evaluating homes and developing customized recommendations translates directly to estimating roofing, siding, windows, insulation, and other exterior home improvement projects. Lucas focuses on understanding what a homeowner is trying to accomplish before recommending solutions, and takes pride in explaining technical information in a way that's easy to understand.
Hobbies & Interests:
Outside of work, Lucas enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and exploring with his wife Keenan and their dog Odin, gardening, traveling, 3D printing, and making and performing electronic music as a DJ. He also likes taking on projects around the house and learning new skills whenever he gets the chance.
