Roofing/Siding Service Tech

We’re not looking for someone who just “knows the basics.” We’re looking for the person on site who spots the issue before anyone else does… and already has three ways to fix it.

If roofing, siding, and carpentry are second nature to you—and you take pride in leaving things better than you found them—you’ll feel right at home here.

What you’ll be doing

Fixing, and installing roofing & siding systems
Reading blueprints (and actually knowing what they mean)
Using tools like they’re an extension of your hands
Working across different materials and job sites
Making sure everything is straight, solid, and built to last
Collaborating with a crew that knows what “good work” means

What we’re looking for

  • 2–3+ years of real-world roofing, siding, or carpentry experience
  • Problem-solver mindset (not a “wait and see” type)
  • Comfortable with blueprints and fast-paced job sites
  • Detail-oriented—because “close enough” isn’t our thing
  • Valid driver’s license required
